Dear comrades,
I think it is the right time to trek down the memory lane and take a fleeing glimpse at the happenings during the last nearly 2 years with Sri MSS Rao holding the reins of the circle and taking it in a topsy-turvy, whimsical drive. True, as is usual, there was a very brief honey moon period. But after that Sri MSS Rao came to his true self and started dismantling the well-established healthy system prevailing in the Circle with a maddening haste. The consultative mechanism between the management and unions was thrown to the winds. The maintenance and development activities as well as the service delivery for which the Circle was the unquestionable leader in the country was thrown out to dismantle the existing system and harmony brick by brick.

From the very beginning he did not acknowledge the role of the BSNL employees and Kerala Work culture to the profit and efficiency of Service in Kerala. He attributed it to the ignorance of BSNL customers and their blind faith in Public Sector. We have pointed out the examples of many other CPSUs in Kerala like ITI , Instrumentations,, HOC. HMT, Kerala News Print, CSL etc which is profit making but their other units at national level are at loss.. Our record on MNP and continuance of more than 30 lakhs land phone connections did not opened his eyes and he could not recognise the role of employees in BSNL service. We have told him on his face and in writings that his attitude is demoralising one and humiliation to our most literate esteemed customers .He declared nothing is in order and everything need to be changed in Kerala Circle -whether operational, planning , marketing or HR . He gave several names to his misdeeds starting with meeting syndromes (daily, weekly, monthly ) rationalisation and fixing norms for every one and anyone from TM to DGM , reorganisation of mobile, Civil, electrical wings, reduction of staff from many potential SSAs, categorisation of customers, DCRMs, IMS , derailing the time tested Transfer policy etc. All these activities rendered every one to be a mere data entry operators preparing for the meetings and reports .

Well aware of the impracticability and its impact on service delivery and growth potential we could not bow down to these Quixotic actions. Coupled with this the corrupt practices, he was indulging in on many fronts, particularly in the Nortel issue was something that an employee worth his salt could hardly swallow. Therefore the SNEA decided to fight him on all the fronts that were at hindrance to the interests of the Circle. We gathered courage and questioned his style and damaging changes pushed down our throats unilaterally.

He was bent upon knocking down everything and everyone that was not in compliance with the sycophantic and boot-licking style. Field realities were simply ignored and his whims imposed and thrust upon in the entire Circle. In March 2014 he retaliated with transfer orders of executives with the surprising and shocking decision to transfer 68 executives from TVM, EKM and Kannur without considering a single request transfer cases including those Executives who had completed more than 2 years in away SSAs. We could not accept things lying down and therefore had to question this unjust and autocratic dismantling of the existing transfer practices being followed in the Circle since the last 7 years. But true to his character he was in no mood to listen to reason.

As stated earlier his one-sided and detrimental decisions retarding the growth and loss to the Company in the Circle was something we had to fight tooth and nail. We were compelled to resort to various forms of trade union action at Circle and CHQ levels including day- night hunger strike spanning 38 days/nights. This was followed up with indefinite hunger strike at the Circle and Corporate offices lasting more than 4 days. Our fighting comrades were arrested and hospitalised. Sri.M.S.S.Rao then set out on a spree of vindictive actions against SNEA office-bearers, leaders, activists and members through criminal defamations, Transfers, charge sheets, reversions, dies-non for more than 3 months ( amounting to lakhs of Rupees), disconnection of residential service connections, withdrawal of data facility are but a few to mention.

Comrades, as you know only too well, we had to suffer a lot. But the pains that we had to undergo did not deter us to compromise the genuine issues of injustice that our entire membership was exposed to. Our struggle continued with dimensions that extended beyond the boundaries of the Circle and with programs never ever practised by any trade union organisation in the BSNL or even in the State, and that only to protect the interest of our company BSNL , esteem of our Comrades; the rights of our members. We knew that we were fighting against a force that could break any rules, never cared for any norms; but whose only interest was to establish his dictatorial authority and suppress our struggle and continue his wrong doings. We were not to be cowed down by the oppressive tactics but continued and intensified our struggle, despite the hardships and pain and even the bleeding that we had to undergo. True to the proud heritage that we have inherited from our predecessors we decided that we would fight this battle to the end, even if it required our martyrdom. Yes, this battle had gone beyond the imaginations of anyone. We stood brave, each one of you stood brave and redeemed the prestige and strength of our Association. And in the process we had to invoke and earn the most committed and determined spirit of our CHQ, who not only stood up to the occasion but even surpassed our own expectations. Their interactions and struggle with the Corporate office , the CMD , the Dir CFA, the Dir HR, the Secy DOT, the MOC, the P.M, the CVC, the CVO were of the required dimension to boost up our morale and take the struggle to unanticipated and unexpected success. All the while Sri Mss Rao put his foot on the accelerator with more and more punitive actions. His mouthpieces even started propagating that no one could do any damage to him and went even beyond that by stating that Sri M.S.S.Rao would be getting an extension by three more years, all this to attempt to whittle down our strength and unity.

In this process all our CHQ leaders right from Com. G L. Jogi Presi CHQ,, Com. K Sebastin G.S CHQ and all CHQ office bearers had to face criminal defamation cases at TVM. Our CS, C T. SSA secy TVM, SSA president TVM, Branch Secy Circle office and so many others are facing charge sheets (our Circle President could not be contained in the punitive net only because he is not under the control of Sri.MSS Rao). More than 3 of our comrades are already issued with punishments withholding 3 increments with cumulative effect, thereby foregoing their service by three years with similar effects on their pension. 20 officers (Com. Narendran, Com. Santhosh kumar and Com. Suneer )and BSNLEU members were suspended and more the 30 charge sheets are under process. Circle Secretary lost his three promotion - regular DE, DGM grade and DGM Offg. We have filed/ defended more than 7 cases in CAT and High Court in this process. Hundreds and hundreds of comrades faced dies non ranging from one day to 100 days. But comrades, nothing including punishments, tortures and threatening could cow us down from our firm and determined stand against corruption, autocracy and denial of our genuine HR and trade union rights.

Finally our stand has been totally vindicated with concrete authority that whatever corruption issues we had projected were fully true; in fact it was only a tip of the ice-berg, with Rao facing more and more charges of corruption. And the final solution, as demanded by us, was the pushing out of Rao from the CGMT’s post. No courts could come to his rescue with the Apex Court finally upholding the BSNLCO order transferring him from the post of CGMT. He had to cut the most sorry figure in the CAT Ernakulam by unilaterally withdrawing the case filed by him in that Court. Yes, finally, all the Courts upheld the BSNL Corporate office findings that Sri.Rao is corrupt and an impediment for the growth of BSNL service in Kerala. Every Executive who calls himself a SNEA member should be elated and excited about the heroic and Herculean role played by the Association in dethroning this self-proclaimed king, who thought and declared that he is invincible. He has not only been squarely defeated but has also received his due share in the form of charge sheets for major punishment before his retirement. We have successfully removed the root cause of the problem through valiant struggles, which even our enemies acknowledge. Now nothing can stand in our way in settling all the pending issues. In fact no one can and will dare to ignore our genuine demands! No one can underestimate the real strength of this Association!

We are aware that some comrades who were transferred in 2013 appear to be losing their patience over further delay in realising their transfers back to their home SSA. Yes, comrades, we are aware of your agony. But you have to remember that it is Sri Rao, who declared that SDEs and JTOs should not use the term Home SSA as they are all India/ Circle cadre and as such they are not eligible for request transfers after two years . This was also one of the main issues on the agenda of our long drawn out and varied struggles. But today after eliminating the root cause we are back on the right track. Yes, today, your transfer is not denied but may be delayed by a couple of weeks. You have not been charge-sheeted, you have not been served with punishments, you have not been suspended, you have not been reverted, you have not lost any promotion, you have not lost your salary, you are not facing criminal proceedings. You should relax for a moment and just consider the torments and sufferings that your own comrades have undergone to ensure that your transfer is considered as a right and not simply something that is out of question. You must remember how many are suspended, how many are reverted , how many lost promotion , how many lost their salary , how many are facing criminal proceedings in the court, how many are facing departmental proceedings under major penalty. Your Service book and APAR still remains colourful but theirs contain only red marks for no cause of theirs but for the cause of their fellowmen. Comrades, for a moment feel proud that we are part of an Association, which had the courage and strength to question and throw out a whimsical dictator. You must also know that those comrades who courageously took upon themselves all the victimisation and torture are still proud of this Association and more committed than ever before to walk the hard mile with this Association, if need be. No, they are not complaining that they lost so much but they are carrying their scars proudly as any war hero and displaying their wounds boldly, because they know that their pains have made gains for others; their pains have not gone in vain. But for a noble cause, perhaps the noblest cause. We have to salute our BSNLEU comrades who never had any remorse to fight along our side for our cause, even though it meant untold suffering .

However comrades please rest assured that all your requests/ demands will be taken due care of because it is only for members like you that this Association has gone to such lengths; such struggles. Kindly remember that even today six of the comrades are still under suspension and they earned this suspension not for their personal self but it was your cause also that they were fighting for. We reassure everyone that this Association shall not permit injustice on anyone. It shall not keep its mouth shut in the face of encroachment on our members’ rights. It shall fight till justice is re-established.

I salute all of you for your committed and fearless actions during this testing time . I thank our CHQ and all comrades of other circles and BSNLEU for their active involvement in this struggle against corruption and for protecting the interest of BSNL Kerala.

മാളികമുകളേറിയ മന്നന്‍റെ തോളില്‍ മാറാപ്പു കേറ്റുന്നതും ഭവാന്‍!!!

He assumed himself as uncrowned King of BSNL Kerala, didn’t even allow officers in his equal status to sit along with him in meetings, threatened his colleagues and officers below his ranks that he would degrade them to the lower cadres!!! GM to DGM, DGM to DE, DE to SDE, SDE to JTO and so on… He replaced very important GM (HR) post with almost 4 GMs, DGM (HR) post with 5 officers, and AGM (HR) Post with more than single digits officers for implementing his illogical, illegal and inhuman ideas . He changed the positions of officials from GM to Casual Labourers as per his whims and fancies as if he was playing Chess… And Finally got the most deserved… As every autocratic rulers faced in the history, the most deserved consequences have began to impose on the Autocratic King.

What a tragic fall—CGMT to DE...


He degraded and transferred Many GMs to Out of Circle Office and from SSA to SSAs, degraded DGM to DEs and DEs to SDEs and so on now the ultimate destiny degraded him from the most powerful and respectful Kerala CGM Post to a Principal Post of RTTC which is headed by a DE at present. One Day's CGMT become DE the next Day!!! What an Irony..

He defended and denounced many Court Cases but finally he begged before the same courts. When Officers approached Hon. Courts who were transferred by him without following the proceedings and directions of Corporate Office, he submitted that the transfers are the usual practices due to administrative Reasons and employ have no legal right to question it. Finally when he was transferred by Corporate Office in the very genuine ground of Corruption, he approached Hon. CAT, then Hon. High Court, then Hon. Supreme Court more than once to reinstate him. Finally all his plea were rejected by Hon. Courts and he has withdrawn his cases and accepted his charges against him.

കൊടുത്താല്‍ കൊല്ലത്തും കിട്ടും...


He rejected the genuine Leaves of officers under Medical Ground and send them to 2nd, 3rd and 4th Medical opinion, and now his leave is rejected and directed him to report his place of posting and apply the leave through proper channel.

He left many officers in dilemma and did not allowed them to join even after Corporate Office issued orders and he blocked their salaries too, and now he is waiting in his quarters for more than one and a half months may be without salary.
When Kerala Circle was in bad shape in performance, as CGMT, He was busy with issuing charge sheets to Officers for participating in association/union activities, He issued punishment orders even after He was expelled from CGMT Chair, now the most awaited Major penalty Charge sheet for his corruption as GM Marketing at Delhi. And More Charge sheets are on the way. He refused to accept the charge sheet by hand, finally Indian Postal department sent Santa to serve the most deserving Christmas gift to the King.(on hearing this alarming news his aids rushed to his quarters and consoled him for two hours – ഇതിന്റെ പേരാണോ വേര്‍പിരിയാത്ത ശോഭനമായ ബന്ധം???).

For implementing his illegal and illogical ideas, Sri. MSS Rao threatened officers that he would make moves to block their future Pension and superannuation Benefits. At the end of the innings, Sri. MSS Rao is going out of BSNL and his career without Pension. He told I am MSS Rao I have my own style as CGMT.I will not change my style. I will retire in my style on 31st Dec 2015. But today വീണിതല്ലോ കിടക്കുന്നു ധരണിയില്‍ ശോണിതവുമണിഞ്ഞയ്യോ ശിവ ശിവ... (Dear Fans Associations of the King, please don’t copy this style!!!)

SNEA Eranakulam SSA Conducted an Executive Development Program - Punarjani 2015 on 25th November 2015 at Classik Fort Hotel, Thripunithura.

An International Management Trainer Adv. Vamankumar took a very motivating training session. Com. George Varghese, CS, SNEA inaugurated the session. Circle President Com. K. Sudheer, Circle Treasurer Com. G. Premkumar, SSA President Com. Joseph Lukose, SSA Secretary Com. Rajan K Paul, our Veteran Leader Com. K.D. Sebastian attended the session along with more than 175 comrades from different part of Kerala.

Cultural Programs by our Comrades and a Warm farewell meeting to Retired comrades also conducted during post training session.

The Training session was really motivating and enthusiastic. All SSA Secretaries are requested to conduct similar programs to make our unity more stronger and equip our members to meet any managerial, marketing and personal challenges.

BSNL Management Committee has approved DATA facility to Executives
ഇത് കേട്ടയുടനെ വെബ്സൈറ്റി ല്‍ ഉഷാറായി എഴുതി... അതും ഞമ്മളാ ചെയ്യിച്ചേ... കൈ നനയാതെ മീന്‍ പിടി‍ക്കാ ന്‍ ഞമ്മക്കേ അറിയൂ... ലജ്ജാകരം ഇതോ ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയന്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം???

Dear Comrades,
The data facility to executives and mobile connection to TMs were one of the main item discussed in the 21st SNEA Kerala circle conference at Alleppy held on September 15 &16 2010. This issue was brought to the notice of Sri P Premachandra CGMT who attended the meeting and it was categorically assured by the CGMT for taking a positive decision in the matter. Later as per the assurance to SNEA the CGMT Sri. Premachandra approved Data facility to executives and mobile service connection with 300 STV to line staff. The above decision was taken by taking the service efficiency and marketing advantages into account.

Accordingly these facilities were provided to executives for six month periods and renewed from Time to time. It may be recalled that there was no order from corporate office for providing STV to Line staff or DATA facility to executives. But realising the advantage for operation and marketing the facility was provided in Kerala circle and we have proved that the Kerala Circle stood first in marketing and operations in BSNL...

Even after assuming the charge of CGMT by Sri MSS Rao the above facilities were renewed from time to time by respective GMs. But after the implementation of ERP the mobile set up was changed, the file for approval of this facility had gone to CGMT Sri MSS Rao and without any delay he has ordered not to renew the DATA facilities to the executives and STV 300 to line staff. But the fact was that the Sri MSS Rao was enjoying six Data connections and one 10 Mbps FTTH connections while he was taking the decision of curtailing these facilities extended to the executives and staff for operational requirement and marketing.

Further Sri MSS Rao ordered to close all residential connections working beyond 8 kms of all officers. (to improve the service???)

But we have seen some associations were justifying these anti employee actions of Sri MSS Rao by stating that “The Respected CGMT has taken up the DATA facility case with corporate office so that this facility can be extended to the executives without interruption !!!”

The way in which SNEA has protested and acted on these issues is well known to all. We have decided to remove the root cause as such rather than the symptoms of diseases and the final result is now known to all.

Now, GPRS/3G facilities to all the Executives: The management Committee of BSNL Board approved the proposal to extend data facility to the Executives and authorized DIR(HR). As soon as the minutes are issued, necessary orders will be issued. Earlier the facility was extended to DGM and above only. The free data of 500 MB available to 525 plan is extended to all Executives below DGM. Payment has to be made for the excess usage. SNEA was pursuing the matter with BSNL management for the last few months.

But the Associations which have gone to court praying to reinstate Sri MSS Rao as CGMT who was removed from the post for having included in the Agreed list as per CVC/ CBI instructions and who had withdrawn the data facilities of executives have no shame to claim that ഞാനും എന്റെ വല്ല്യാങ്ങളയും കൂടി DATA facility is restored. Thank GOD they did not ask other Circles to invite and felicitate Sri MSS Rao for having become the man behind the extension of DATA facility to executives by BSNL management committee!!!

Having Sri MSS Rao transferred out of the affairs of Kerala Circle we are sure that all other denied genuine rights of Executives and Staff – The transfer policy which was existing in the circle -Transfer after 2 years, residential service connections, denied leave cases, etc. will be got restored in the circle. We are pursuing these cases with the management for early settlement.

 Dear Comrades, Please see the letter written by Sri MSS Rao about CGMT Sri L. Aantharam regarding the drawing of salary for the month of September 2015.

Hence we have Some genuine doubts regarding Sri MSS Rao Ex. CGMT BSNL Kerala in the lights of above letter.

1. If this is attitude of Sri MSS Rao to the CGMT Sri L Anatharam who is also of the same grade and belongs to ITS fraternity duly appointed by the BSNL Corporate office what can be the attitude to his subordinates whether ITS, Group A,B, C, D and workers???

2. Whether Sri MSS Rao has drawn his salary for the month of October and November 2015???

3. Whether Sri MSS Rao has complied corporate office order and joined as Principal RTCC as per the proceedings of Hon. Supreme court???

4. Whether Sri MSS Rao is still under compulsory wait???

5. Whether Sri MSS Rao is on sanctioned leave ???

6. Who will be competent to sanction salary of Sri MSS Rao who has not joined in the transferred unit???( During his regime no salary was paid to officers once transfer orders are issued till they are joined in the new unit . even today also many are yet to get salary for months together on the above ground)

We can expect some answers at least from the patrons and spoke persons of Sri MSS Rao.

 Dear comrades, our 14 comrades who were under suspension joined for duties today. Transfer case of remaining 6 comrades are to be settled and discussions are going on with management. We hope that Circle Administration would take a propitious action to initiate the process of bringing back our circle into normalcy.

SNEA Establishes an award "GUIDE THE STREAM" to the deserved promising student of class XII at Sreekandapauram HSS from this year onwards in loving memory of Com. Ramachandran SDE. This award is being sponsored by his family. They have solemnly offered the amount of Rupees One Lakh which SNEA handed over them as the welfare grant for the diseased family of SNEA. The sorrowing family's commitment towards this noble cause is to be widely appreciated from their offer of extra money to begin with this year as their additional contribution. Lunch Hour Demonstration on 27th November 2015
 Dear comrades, We have won the heroic battle against Corruption, Nepotism, autocracy and inefficiency. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!!. Many of our comrades have become victims of this struggle and those of that regime. We have to struggle further to wash away those victimization and bring back the normalcy in the services.

Joint Action Committee decided to conduct Lunch Hour Demonstrations at all SSA H/Q on 27th November 2015 demanding withdrawal of transfers of suspended officials based on illegal and incompetent order of Sri. MSS RAO while he was on compulsory wait.

All Comrades are requested to join to register our strong protest with massive Lunch Hour Demonstration

Meeting with CGMT, Kerala by SNEA and BSNLEU on 23rd November 2015

Leaders of SNEA and BSNLEU met CGMT, Sri. L. Anantharam for settlement of Illegal and vindictive actions taken by Sri. M.S.S. Rao. Administration informed that all suspensions have been withdrawn, but refused to revoke the transfer orders issued to comrades of RTTC and comrades under suspensions. Leaders pointed out the illegality, vindictiveness, procedure flaws, incompetence of the authorities etc. in this regard and demanded for cancellation of these transfer orders and to review the entire issues as provided under rules.

CGMT desired to have two more days to take a final decision on this matter. Accordingly BSNLEU and SNEA decided to hold a combined meeting on 26th November 2015 to take final decision about future course of actions if no positive decisions are coming forth from the administration. It is also decided that the suspended officials will also wait for the final decisions regarding joining for duties.

All comrades are requested to be vigil and may follow any calls from the Circle Leadership to settle the issues to make a conducive working atmosphere in the circle as early as possible.

Sri. M.S.S Rao has withdrawn the case submitted in Hon. CAT, EKM

Sri. M.S.S Rao has withdrawn his case from Hon. CAT, Ernakulam since his contempt application before Hon. Supreme Court was rejected. Sri. M.S.S Rao, who was under compulsory wait following his name was included in the agreed list as per the decision of CVC, was posted as PGM, RTTC, TVM, hence his complaint regarding compulsory wait was become null. By his withdrawal from the case, it is proved that all the decision taken by SNEA and BSNLEU to oppose a corrupt officer is 100% correct. At least by this decision of Hon. Supreme Court, Other Associations and Trade union may open their eyes and may please understand that blind admiration to any Officers are not desirable for any organization.

Leaders of SNEA and BSNLEU met CMD and CGMT and demanded immediate resolution of all vindictive actions as assured.

CS BSNLEU Com. K. Mohan and SNEA, District Secretary Trivandrum Com. Santhosh Kumar. T met CGMT Kerala Circle Sri. L. Anantharam and demanded immediate resolution of all Vindictive actions taken by former Circle Management. We have reminded the CGMT that, no concrete actions has been taken so far by Circle management of Kerala to bring back the Circle to its normalcy even though it is assured by the CGMT on 2nd November 2015. We also demanded the CGMT to quash all the orders issued by Sri. MSS Rao after 23rd September 2015 as per the latest order from BSNLCO.

At BSNLCO, GS along with CHQ President, Chairman and Jt Sec met CMD on 12.11.2015. GS informed CMD that new CGM, Kerala Circle is yet to take initiatives to undo the vindictive actions taken by ex CGM and bring normalcy in the Circle. Further he need supporting hand at lower level to get unprejudiced and correct feedback which is not happening. All the illegal orders issued after the transfer of Sri MSS Rao has to be treated as null and void to start with. Further all the vindictive actions are to be reviewed on priority to bring normalcy in the Circle. CGM has to treat these issues on topmost priority if he desires to take all the employees together and undo the harm already done by Mr Rao to Kerala Circle. CMD agreed to our points and assured necessary actions. DIR(CFA) was also present in the meeting.

കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒന്നര വർഷക്കാലമായി കേരളാ സർക്കിളിൽ അഴിമതിക്കെതിരെയും ഏകാധിപത്യത്തിനെതിരെയും SNEA യും BSNLEU ഉം സമരങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയപ്പോൾ തൊഴിലാളി വർഗ്ഗ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ സംഘടനാ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം അടിച്ചമർത്താൻ സർക്കിൾ മാനേജ്മെന്റിന് കുട പിടിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു കൊണ്ട് ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയൻ പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ ചരിത്രത്തിൽ കറുത്ത അദ്ധ്യായങ്ങൾ എഴുതി ചേർത്തവർ ഇപ്പോൾ വന്നിരിക്കുന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങളിൽ പിതൃത്വം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു കൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ വെബ്സൈറ്റുകൾ എഴുതി നിറച്ചു തുടങ്ങി. ഇത്തരം വെബ്സൈറ്റ് സംഘടനകളോട് ഒന്നു മാത്രമേ പറയാനുള്ളു... "എട്ടുകാലി മമ്മൂഞ്ഞുകളെ ലജ്ജാകരം ".

ഇപ്പോൾ സംഭവിച്ച ആരോഗ്യപരമായ തൊഴിലന്തരീക്ഷം വർഗ്ഗ ബോധമുള്ള, ആത്മാഭിമാനമുള്ള തൊഴിലാളി സംഘടനകളുടെ ത്യാഗത്തിന്‍റെ, ധൈര്യത്തിന്റെ, സഹനത്തിന്റെ , നിരന്തരമായ സമരങ്ങളുടെ ഫലമാണ്. ട്രേഡ് യൂണിയൻ പ്രവർത്തനം വെബ്സൈറ്റിലൂടെ ഉള്ള അവകാശവാദം മാത്രമല്ല, തൊഴിൽ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളിൽ ഉള്ള നിതാന്ത ജാഗ്രതയും അതു പരിഹരിക്കാനുള്ള ആത്മാർത്ഥമായ അർപ്പണബോധമുള്ള ഇടപെടലുകളുമാണ്.

എത്രയോ മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപേ ഇറങ്ങേണ്ട ഉത്തരവുകളാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ വന്നു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. മർക്കടമുഷ്ടിയുള്ള മാനേജ്മെന്റല്ല സൗഹാർദ്ദപരമായ തൊഴിൽ അന്തരീക്ഷമാണ് നമ്മൾക്ക് വേണ്ടത് എന്ന നമ്മുടെ ആവശ്യത്തിന്റെ അംഗീകാരമാണ് ഇന്നിപ്പോൾ കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. മാസങ്ങളായി തടഞ്ഞുവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന SDE/JTO മാരുടെ ട്രാൻസഫർ ഓർഡറുകളും ഇനി ഇറങ്ങാനുണ്ട്. ഈ ന്യായമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ സാധ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനും ആരോഗ്യപരമായ തൊഴിൽ അന്തരീക്ഷം നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിനും SNEA എന്നും മുൻപന്തിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാകും.
