• Retain the executive strength in SSAs and units as approved by the Corporate office.
• Cancel/ review the transfer orders issued on the pretext of rationalization.
• Withdraw the concept of equating SDEs with JTOs .
• Ensure transfer back of all officers transferred during 2012 to their home SSAs.
• Approve all transfer requests of JTOs recruited against 2007 and 2008 years.
• Consider all genuine compassionate cases for exemption from long stay transfer.
• Appoint all qualified JAOs against vacant posts.
• Implement 78.2% DA merger to all left out JTOs.
• Eliminate all inordinate delay in HR issues like promotions, VC, DPC, entitlements etc
• Ensure supply of necessary infrastructure like Battery, Power plant, DG etc. for the operation of Tele. Xges and BTSs.
• Ensure supply of necessary materials like drop wire , 5 pr cable & accessories essential for land line maintenance.
• Review the implementation of DCRMS in a purposeful manner.
• Stop the irrational reorganization of Divisions, sub divisions,TM Sections etc without considering the field realities.
• Stop the insulting behaviour and actions of the CGMT towards SSA heads and Executives, as such actions negatively impact the morale and productivity of Kerala Circle.
